Ongoing customer satisfaction survey
Lalandia’s ongoing customer satisfaction survey is one of many initiatives intended to create a unique environment in the tropical holiday centre. All residential guests are given the opportunity, via e-mail, to provide us with an assessment of their stay, including our service and the quality of Lalandia’s offer. Based on this ongoing customer satisfaction survey, we are always able to keep our finger on the pulse with regard to our guests’ wishes and experiences in connection with their stay in the tropical holiday centre, and to act accordingly.

Jobs
There are many different job functions at Lalandia, from those requiring technical skills, through service functions, to the more administrative jobs. Common to all jobs at Lalandia is that certain requirements need to be fulfilled by applicants. For instance, in many of the job functions it is important to be familiar with the Scandinavian languages, as well as German and English. You need to live up to our 10 guest commandments, which deal, among other things, with expectations of employees’ service levels. In addition, jobs in the tropical holiday centre are often associated with unsociable working hours – the first employees start at 5 o’clock, while the last work past midnight. It is therefore also an advantage to have your own transport. In return, we guarantee a job with many excellent colleagues in a company with a good working environment and where further training for employees is a priority.

Training options
Lalandia trains chefs, waiters, electricians, receptionists and painters. So if you want to apply for an apprenticeship at Lalandia within one of these areas, you can send a speculative application either via the website or by post. Mark your application “Attn.: Personalechefen”.

You are always welcome to send us a speculative application. We will keep your application in our job bank for 3 months, and when we have jobs suitable for your wishes and qualifications, your application will be considered.
