Arrival/Departure in Billund

When you arrive in Billund, do not check in at the Service Centre, but drive directly to your holiday home, which is available to you from 15.00.

At the barrier to the holiday home area, enter the 6-figure code you received by e-mail or letter, then press the button marked with an open padlock.

The code also provides access to your holiday home. The process here is the same.

Access to experiences

In your holiday home, you will find a welcome pack containing practical information and advice on current activities at Lalandia in Billund.

You will also find your arm bands in the envelope. These give you access to the Aquadome and Monky Tonky Land.
