Book safely during Covid-19 – you’re protected against any possible closure
In the event of any forced closure of the whole of Lalandia or the Aquadome – or if your own border or the Danish border is closed – your holiday is protected. You will receive a voucher for the full amount that you paid for your stay. It is valid for three years and you will, of course, receive it free of charge.
We guarantee you:
A voucher for the full amount that you paid for your stay.
The voucher is valid for three years, so you have plenty of time to find a new date.
You will not have to pay any additional fees.
A range of preventive measures
At Lalandia we are following all the latest developments in relation to Covid-19 and are complying with all the current guidelines from the authorities. We have put a number of measures in place to ensure a safe holiday for all.
As you walk around Lalandia you will see distance markings, signs and messages to help you to be considerate and keep your distance from other guests.
Our staff are following the Danish Health Authority’s guidelines and can provide information and help if you have any worries or questions.
We have installed plexiglass screens in the appropriate locations to help guests and employees maintain a safe distance.
You will see hand sanitiser stations clearly located around the Lalandia Centre at a height that means even children can easily use them.
For all activities, shops and other areas, there are signs indicating the maximum number of people who may be in the area at any one time based on maintaining an area of 4m2 per guest.
We offer takeaway options so you can enjoy food in your holiday home.
Cleaning is a high priority and we take great care to ensure that contact points are continuously sanitised throughout the day.
Monky Tonky Land is cleaned several times a day.
There are signs in the Aquadome indicating the maximum number of people permitted in the pools, spa pools, etc. The numbers are determined based on the current guidelines.
The opening hours in the Aquadome have been extended on busy days so that guests can be spread out throughout the day and there is plenty of room for everyone. Guests therefore won’t need to book a time for the waterpark.
Registration of e-mail address and visit times of day visitors, so we can quickly make contact if we are informed of any case of infection.
You are required to wear a face mask in our restaurants and cafés. This is also the case if you want to buy refreshments in the Aquadome. You can take the mask off when you sit down. Children under 12 do not need to wear a face mask.
Take care of one another
Follow the Danish Health Authority’s guidelines and look after yourself and other guests at Lalandia – this helps to ensure that everyone, yourself included, can enjoy a fun, safe holiday.
Keep your distance from others.
Stay home and under the blankets if you have symptoms.
Wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitiser.
Cough or sneeze into your arm.
Covid-19: specific information

There may be areas at Lalandia that need to be closed temporarily for cleaning purposes, or areas that will be closed throughout your stay.
