Ban on gatherings
The Danish authorities have now introduced a ban on gatherings of more than five people in public spaces. However, holiday homes are covered by the same restrictions as private homes, so it is up to guests themselves to judge how many people can responsibly gather. Therefore, the ban on gatherings in its current form does not provide grounds for a refund on your stay at Lalandia.
A range of preventive measures
At Lalandia we are following all the latest developments in relation to Covid-19 and are complying with all the current guidelines from the authorities. We have put a number of measures in place to ensure a safe holiday for all.
As you walk around Lalandia you will see distance markings, signs and messages to help you to be considerate and keep your distance from other guests.
Our staff are following the Danish Health Authority’s guidelines and can provide information and help if you have any worries or questions.
We have installed plexiglass screens in the appropriate locations to help guests and employees maintain a safe distance.
You will see hand sanitiser stations clearly located around the Lalandia Centre at a height that means even children can easily use them.
For all activities, shops and other areas, there are signs indicating the maximum number of people who may be in the area at any one time based on maintaining an area of 4m2 per guest.
We offer takeaway options so you can enjoy food in your holiday home.
Cleaning is a high priority and we take great care to ensure that contact points are continuously sanitised throughout the day.
Monky Tonky Land is cleaned several times a day.
There are signs in the Aquadome indicating the maximum number of people permitted in the pools, spa pools, etc. The numbers are determined based on the current guidelines.
The opening hours in the Aquadome have been extended on busy days so that guests can be spread out throughout the day and there is plenty of room for everyone. Guests therefore won’t need to book a time for the waterpark.
Registration of e-mail address and visit times of day visitors, so we can quickly make contact if we are informed of any case of infection.
You are required to wear a face mask in our restaurants and cafés. This is also the case if you want to buy refreshments in the Aquadome. You can take the mask off when you sit down. Children under 12 do not need to wear a face mask.
Face masks must be worn throughout the Lalandia Centre, although not during activity in the sports hall and fitness centre. The face mask requirement does not apply once you have sat down. Children under 12 do not need to wear a face mask.
You do not need to wear a face mask in the Aquadome, apart from in the changing room and in the restaurants. Bathing guests must wear a face mask in the changing room until you reach your locker, when you can take it off. You must put your face mask back on once you get dressed after your visit to the Aquadome. In the restaurants in the Aquadome you must wear a face mask until you sit down.
