Personal data is never released to third parties, unless you have given express permission for this, and we never collect personal data, other than what you yourself provided at the time of registration, purchase or participation in a survey, etc.
Personal data is used to implement the purchase or the service in connection with which the data has been collected. The data is also used to gain greater knowledge of you and other users of the website. Such use may include surveys and analyses aimed at improving our products, services and technologies, as well as showing content and advertisements adapted to suit your interests and hobbies.
If you want access to the information that is registered about you and held by Lalandia A/S, please contact us at email@example.com. If incorrect data has been recorded, or if you have any other objections, you can direct your enquiry to the same e-mail address. You are entitled to view what information has been recorded about you, and you can object to any entry in accordance with the regulations of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
According to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal data on computers with restricted access, located in controlled facilities, and our security systems are checked regularly to determine whether our user data is being handled responsibly, and with continuous regard of your rights as a user. We are, however, unable to guarantee 100 per cent security on data transfers via the internet. This means that there may be a risk of others gaining unauthorised access to data when it is sent or stored electronically. You therefore provide your personal data at your own risk.
To the extent personal data about you is processed, the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data permits you to be informed what personal data can be traced back to you. If it appears that the information or data being processed on you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You can object at any time to information on you being subject to processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. You can complain about the way information and data on you is handled. Complaints are to be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data § 58, para. 1.
We reserve the right to update and alter these guidelines for handling personal data.
