Immediately following receipt of the order, Lalandia® will send confirmation by e-mail with a link for online payment. On receipt of the lease confirmation, the first payment, equivalent to 25% of the lease sum, must be paid. This must be paid no later than 48 hours from when you booked your stay. The remaining sum (2nd payment) must be paid to Lalandia no later than 30 days before the arrival date. When booking less than 1 month before arrival, the entire lease sum must be paid immediately. If the total sum is not paid as above, Lalandia is entitled to cancel the lease and demand a cancellation fee of DKK 250 per reserved holiday home.

Note: The minimum age for lessees is 18 years.

On receipt of the lease confirmation, it is the responsibility of the lessee to ensure that periods and home types are correct.

When cancelling a lease more than 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of DKK 250 per reserved holiday home must be paid. When cancelling a lease between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the lease sum will be refunded. If you cancel less than 15 days before the arrival date, nothing will be refunded.

Any change made less than 15 days before arrival will be considered a cancellation.

When booking a stay, we recommend taking out cancellation protection. This ensures that if you cancel or interrupt your stay due to acute illness, accident or death that affects the lessee, partner, children, parents or siblings, the lease sum will be refunded. Cancellation protection costs 5% of the lease sum and must be ordered along with the accommodation. The reason for cancelling/interrupting the stay must be documented by a doctor, and a doctor's note must reach Lalandia within 7 days of cancellation/interruption of the stay. If cancellation protection has been taken out and your stay is interrupted, then the appropriate proportion of the remaining sum will be refunded.

Lalandia may cancel or interrupt the lease due to force majeure, understood to include war, riots, strike, lock-out, oil and petrol rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural and pollution catastrophes or similar events. In the event of force majeure, Lalandia is obliged to inform the lessee as soon as possible. In such circumstances, Lalandia will not be liable for any compensation or repayment of sums received.

Use of the holiday home and its equipment during the lease period, free entry to the Aquadome ™, Monky Tonky Land and children's entertainment, plus final cleaning on departure. Please be aware that individual holiday homes may have equipment in addition to that listed in sales material.

Residential guests have access to the Aquadome and Monky Tonky Land. throughout their day of departure.

For leases at Rødby, you will be informed of the location of your holiday home on arrival. For leases in Billund, you will receive information on the road name for the holiday home, road directions and guidance on using a pin code for the home and barrier facility 3 days before your arrival. We will try to place groups travelling together as close to each other as possible.

For school, sports and group trips, a deposit of DKK 1,500 per holiday home must be paid. The deposit must be paid along with payment for the stay. This sum will be returned no later than 2 weeks after departure provided there are no problems or damage to the holiday home. Please note that there are special terms for school, sports and group travellers, which the group leader must sign and return on arrival.

Day-to-day cleaning should be performed by the lessee.

Cleaning supplies can be found in the holiday home.

The lessee is obliged to respect the behaviour rules in force in the holiday centre. The lessee is fully responsible for the holiday home's equipment. Problems and damage caused by the lessee must be paid for by the lessee on departure. The person who has signed the lease is thereby also responsible for damage caused by other residents in the holiday home during the lease period. The maximum number of residents for holiday homes is stated in the price list. At least one person over 18 years of age must be resident in the holiday home throughout the stay.

Any complaints must be forwarded to the Service Centre at Lalandia immediately. Any demands for compensation must be communicated to Lalandia in writing no later than 7 days following departure.

You pay for your own consumption in your holiday home. The environmental tax covers your water and electricity consumption, as well as waste collection. The environmental tax is calculated based on electricity consumption and paid for on departure. Please note that the holiday homes are electrically heated.
