A safe holiday

When you visit Lalandia, you’ll find there are no longer any Covid-19 restrictions. Look forward to a safe holiday experience with your family – even when you book. We recommend that you check the guidelines for departures and arrivals in your own country before you leave for your holiday.

Book safely
When you book a stay, you are protected in the event of Lalandia or the Aquadome being forced to close – and if you are prevented from travelling to Denmark due to the border closing or needing to quarantine. We recommend our guests purchase a Security Package.

You’re protected in the event of a lockdown

In the event that the whole of Lalandia or the Aquadome is forced to close – or if you are prevented from travelling to Denmark due to the border closing or needing to quarantine, your holiday stay will be safe. If any of the above events occur, you can choose one of three options:

  1. Continue with your stay as planned and get a voucher worth 30% of the sum you paid for your stay.

  2. Change the date of your booking.
Please note that there may be a difference in price.

  3. Get a voucher for the amount you paid. The voucher is valid for 3 years.

Safe surroundings
During your holiday you stay in your own holiday home, in green surroundings with lots of space. Here you can enjoy the great holiday home atmosphere and spend time with your family. At the Lalandia Centre in both Rødby and Billund, there are, including the Aquadome, more than 25,000 square metres to enjoy, so there is plenty of room for everyone to have a safe holiday experience.

Take care of one another
As you walk around Lalandia you will see hand sanitiser stations clearly located around the Lalandia Centre and Cleaning will be an especially high priority. Follow the Danish Health Authority’s recommendations and look after yourself and other guests at Lalandia – this helps to ensure that everyone, yourself included, can enjoy a fun, safe holiday.
